The main issues with ready-made dishes are the difficulty in ensuring freshness and the potential overuse of additives. Additionally, their processing methods might not always meet food safety standards. Therefore, we suggest that the canteen should reduce the use of pre-made food and opt for fresh ingredients whenever possible. Furthermore, it would be better if you could publish details of these dishes, ensuring their qualities meet safety standards and making production information available to students.
