As a student in this university who often dines at the school cafeteria, and the purpose of my letter is to file a complaint about the quality of food and service there.

First of all, the variety and quantity of food here is not enough compared to the needs of the students, and we often can’t find what we want. Therefore, it is advisable for you to offer more dishes. Secondly, it is very necessary to lower the price, because many poor students, including me, cannot afford to eat properly now. In the end, we were quite disappointed with the cafeteria staff, as they were often rude to us for no reason. Hopefully, they will improve their customer service attitude.

I cling to the idea that cafeteria service will be greatly improved by taking these measures.
