How to Study Efficiently?

As students, we study every day. However, not everybody knows how to study efficiently. The above graph helps us know better about it.

This graph shows the relation-ship between the study efficiency and the hours spent in studying a day. From it, we can see that more hours of study do not necessarily result in higher study efficiency. In the graph, the optimal efficiency comes when one studies about 5 hours and the efficiency begins to drop as he or she studies longer than that. When one studies 10 hours per day, there is the lowest efficiency of study.

In conclusion, more time spent in study doesn’t always mean greater efficiency. To study efficiently needs not only total concentration but also adequate relaxation.
