The Issue of Employment for Graduates

As we all know, the situation of employment for the graduates is severe nowadays. Employment becomes a major social issue in our country.

Second, there are many vacancies in western China. Few people want to seek jobs in the western regions. They prefer to live in the major cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai and other developed areas. So there comes an imbalance between the supply and demand of talents in the eastern and the western regions.

To solve this issue, it is a bet-ter choice to encourage people to seek jobs in the western regions. This also helps to develop local economy and of-fer a brand new chance for graduates.
