Finding a Job or Starting a Business?

Never in any era of Chinese his-tory have the investments involving employment been higher than now. The topic of employment has constantly been capturing widespread media attention, occupying the newspaper headlines and sparking heated discussion on the web. Some people may choose to find a job, while others may want to start a business of their own. As for me, I have now decided to start a business of my own as my life-long career.

A variety of factors have led me to make this decision. First and foremost, running my own business brings me freedom and independence. I am free to use my own ideas and make my own decisions in the course of work. In addition, I like starting my own business in that I can learn a lot and accumulate experience from a variety of potential challenges. For in-stance, in order to make the new business operate quickly, I need to possess outstanding expertise in a short period of time. Last but definitely not least, starting a business of my own can make me more responsible because it’s my responsibility to offer my employees better welfare.

In a word, nothing, not even a big salary, can equal to the satisfaction of being a boss.
