As is shown in the drawing, a medium-sized man, atop the strong one’s shoulder, tightly holds a small-sized man who extends his arms to pick a ripe apple from the top branch of the leafy tree. The cartoon aims at informing us of the significance of cooperation.

Cooperation can help people achieve their objectives more smoothly. If everyone in a group can cooperate with others actively and give full play to the strength, those tasks that are deemed unachievable for one single person can be successfully accomplished through shared efforts. Working within a team helps us to create an environment which inspires collective knowledge, resources and skills. Team-work thus can encourage self-improvement. Conversely, when an organization has a scarcity of teamwork or collaboration, thinking may stagnate, jeopardizing solutions and ideas.

From my perspective, when coming across setbacks or challenges, we should not despise ourselves as a powerless individual. Instead, we should discover advantageous re-sources firstly, collaborate effectively with people around us, and thus over-come all the things that lie in the way to success.
