Many foreigners first learn about Chinese culture through the Chinese restaurants scattered around the world, and they come to realize that China is particular about its cuisine culture. What comes second of Chinese culture is probably Peking Opera, whose masks have almost become a symbol of Chinese culture. Many countries hold “Year of Chinese Culture”, and they often draw Peking Opera masks on the posters.
