Double Major

Recently it has become a common phenomenon for college students to have double major.

Although it may bring unfavorable consequences, such as the considerable pressure, we can be sure to conclude that this practice is favorable on the whole. To begin with, most students will become more hardworking and efficient in order to complete the learning tasks smoothly. Moreover, with two degrees at hand, they will stand a better chance in the job market which is full of fierce competition. However, it can’ t be a perfect thing for all college students. For those who are bad at scheduling may put great efforts into studying the minor one thus get low scores in major one, which may stop them from graduating successfully.

Weighing the pros and cons of such a new trend, we can naturally arrive at the conclusion that it is beneficial and rewarding by and large.
