College Students’ Job Hunting

Nowadays, with a growing number of college graduates, hunting jobs is becoming increasingly difficult. The recent statistics indicate that about 30% of the college students can’t find a job after graduation.

Employment difficulty of college students can be attributed to the following reasons. First of all, the increasing recruitment of colleges and universities results in an excessive number of graduates entering the job market while the positions in the society are limited. In addition, many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of economy.

Now, it is high time that we took effective measures to solve the problem. Firstly, it is of great importance for college students to keep their competitive advantages through studying hard. Secondly, universities should provide more internship opportunities before the students enter the society. Only through these ways can the college students find a satisfactory job and have a brighter future.
