The Importance of Reliability

As is depicted in the picture above, a teacher dressed in ancient clothes is telling his student that reliability, a nation’s treasure, is what makes a man. From the picture we can see that reliability is a Chinese traditional virtue and should be treasured today.

Reliability is the basic requirement of a man. No one is willing to have unreliable friends. The same is true of enterprises. If an enterprise isn’t reliable, it will lose more and more customers, no matter how excel-lent it claims to be in its advertisements. In modern China, there are some companies that exaggerate their products’ quality and functions to at-tract customers. Gradually, customers completely lose confidence in domestic brands and turn to buy products from abroad.

Reliability is the basis on which friendship is built and an enterprise develops. It usually takes much time and effort to gain reliability, but it can be gone overnight. So only by treasuring reliability can people maintain friendship, enterprises gain profit and a nation have a bright future.
