Indirect Employment

Confronting the increasingly severe employment situation, college graduates find a way out by trying indirect employment. Instead of get-ting good jobs immediately, they try to gain social experience by doing internship or taking part in some social activities.

I am completely in favor of taking indirect employment. Firstly, it can not only relieve employment pressure, but also let students gain new knowledge and practical experience which can’t be obtained from books. Secondly, it benefits students a lot since it helps them to realize clearly what their real potentials are, and what kind of jobs they really show interest in.

Last but not least, it improves university students’ social skills, qualifications and personal qualities, which are the main factors for finding a good job in the future.
